## What it does

- ### Labor

    Approved hours split across the visits they covered, at each person’s hourly cost.

- ### Materials used

    The crew records the stock a visit used and returns what’s left.

- ### Expenses

    Costs you recorded for the job count too.

- ### Margin

    Price against cost, once time and materials are in.

- ### Gaps flagged

    Time not split yet, or a material without a cost, says so instead of a wrong number.

- ### Wages stay private

    Owners, and office staff you choose. Crew never see costs or rates.

## How it goes

1.  Set hourly costs for your people.
2.  The crew records materials on each visit.
3.  Approve the week’s hours and split each shift across its visits.
4.  Open the job and see what you kept.

## Questions

Does it change payroll?

No. Hourly costs are only for job costs. Payroll exports hours as before.

Do materials come off stock?

Yes. What’s used comes off your stock count, and what’s returned goes back.
