Import past jobs from a CSV for customers already in Crewbird. They land as each customer’s history, so you see what you did last time and what it cost. No invoices, payments or Books entries are made.

## What it does

- ### From any CSV

    Another app’s jobs export, or a spreadsheet you keep.

- ### Match for me

    Crewbird lines up the columns. Change any you like.

- ### Needs you

    Rows without a customer, or that need a second look, wait for you.

- ### Never twice

    The same file again never adds a job twice, and a stopped import picks up where it left off.

- ### History only

    Amounts are kept for reference, in US dollars. Nothing is invoiced, charged or sent.

## How it goes

1.  Import your customers first.
2.  In Jobs or Setup, choose Import past jobs and drop in the file.
3.  Check the columns and anything in Needs you.
4.  Import. Each job shows on its customer’s record.

No. Past jobs are history only.
