## What it does

- ### Suggested from visits

    From a person’s first visit of the day to their last.

- ### Keep or Fill week

    Keep one suggestion, or the whole week in one tap. Nothing is saved until you do.

- ### Repeat weekly

    A published week, or one shift, drafted four weeks ahead. Drafts still wait for Publish.

- ### Copy last week

    Start from last week’s plan and adjust.

- ### Time away respected

    Fill week and Repeat weekly skip days someone can’t work or is off.

- ### Publish and tell them

    Everyone on the plan hears about their shifts and sees them in My week.

## How it goes

1.  Book the week’s visits as usual.
2.  Open Team → Week and Fill week, or keep the suggestions you want.
3.  Adjust, then Publish.
4.  Happy with it? Repeat weekly, and the next four weeks are drafted.

Does the crew see suggestions?

No. Suggestions and drafts are yours until you publish.

Do hours show against the plan?
