# Directory and Reviews Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective October 28, 2026

## Listing is a choice

A business appears in the [directory](https://crewbirdpro.com/find) only if it publishes a storefront page and chooses to be listed. It can unlist at any time, and the listing goes away at once. A listing shows only what the storefront already shows: name, trade, headline, logo and color, services with “from” prices, service area, and its rating and number of reviews.

## Searching

Anyone can search by ZIP, trade and words. Results put the best rated first; nobody pays for placement. The ZIPs people search for aren’t kept.

We don’t check licenses, insurance, background or quality. A listing isn’t a recommendation, and “verified” describes reviews, not businesses.

## Who can review

Only verified customers: someone the business finished a visit for, or was paid by, reviewing from their own [Crewbird Pass](https://crewbirdpro.com/pass) with that business connected. One review per customer per business. Reviewers can change or delete theirs at any time, and are shown by first name and last initial.

## Rules for reviews

- Write about your own, real experience with the business.
- No reviews of your own business, a competitor, or a business you’re connected to beyond being its customer.
- Businesses may not pay for reviews, offer anything in exchange for them, or ask only the customers they expect to be happy.
- No threats, hate, harassment, sexual content, other people’s personal details, spam or ads.

## Answers and reports

A business can answer each review once, in public. It can also report a review it believes breaks these rules. A report alone never hides a review: our team reads it and keeps the review up or takes it down. We don’t take reviews down for being negative, and businesses can’t pay to remove them.

Anyone can report a review or listing to [hello@thora.cloud](mailto:hello@thora.cloud). If you believe a review is false and harms you, tell us what’s wrong and why; we’ll look at it under these rules.
