Jobber is priced on Connect, its cheapest plan with time tracking and job checklists. Housecall Pro doesn’t list extra-user prices on Basic or Essentials, so bigger crews are priced on the next plan up. Billing questions.

Is it free right now?

Yes. Crewbird Pro is in early access and billing isn’t switched on. Before it starts, we’ll tell every owner the price and let them choose whether to continue. No card is needed to start.

Which plan should I pick?

The cheapest one for your crew. Starter suits 1–4 people, Crew suits 5–11 people, Company suits 12+ people. Every plan has the same features, and you can change plans whenever your crew changes.

Who counts as a person?

Everyone in your business who signs in: owners, office staff and crew. Your customers don’t count, and Crewbird Pass is free for them.

Are some features only on bigger plans?

No. Every plan has every suite, including the ones that ship later. The plans differ only in how the price grows with your crew.

Do more customers, jobs or locations cost more?

No. Customers, jobs, visits, quotes, invoices and locations are unlimited on every plan.

What do card payments cost?

Crewbird takes nothing. Your business pays Stripe’s own processing fee to Stripe, through your own Stripe account, and payouts go straight to your bank.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No contract, no setup fee and no onboarding call to book. Stop whenever you like, and export your data first.
