Terms of Service

Updated October 26, 2026

Who we are

Crewbird Pro is operated by Thora Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms are between us and the business that opens a Crewbird account, and apply to everyone that business invites.

The service

Crewbird Pro is software for running a service business: scheduling, jobs, time, tasks, customers, quotes, invoices and card payments. It’s in early access, so features change and some are still being built.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. The owner of a business account decides who is invited and what role each person has, and is responsible for their use of the account.

Your data

Your business records are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide and secure the service for you. You can export them at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

When you enter information about your customers or staff, you’re responsible for having the right to do so. We handle that information on your behalf and only as these terms and the Privacy Policy describe.

Acceptable use

Use Crewbird lawfully and as the Acceptable Use Policy describes. We may suspend accounts that don’t.

Card payments

If you take card payments through Crewbird, the Card Payment Terms apply too. Payments run through your own Stripe account; we take no fee on them.

Price and billing

Early access is free. Before billing starts we’ll tell owners the price and give them the choice to continue. The planned plans are Starter at $59 a month including 2 people ($15 for each extra person), Crew at $99 including 5 ($12 each extra) and Company at $179 including 12 ($9 each extra). Every plan has the same features. Taxes may apply.

Availability

We work to keep Crewbird running and your data safe, but during early access it’s provided as is and as available, without warranties of uptime, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Crewbird at any time; export your data first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other customers or the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell owners before the change takes effect. Using Crewbird after that means you accept the new terms.
