What it does
Owners and office staff can ask questions about their business, like “What’s overdue?” or “Who’s on the clock?”. The copilot answers from that business’s own records. Crew can’t use it.
What it sends
To answer, Crewbird sends your question and the business records needed to answer it to Anthropic, which runs the model. Nothing is sent unless someone asks a question.
Training
We don’t use your business records to train AI models, and Anthropic doesn’t train its models on data sent through its commercial API.
Checking answers
AI answers can be wrong. Check anything that matters, like amounts owed or hours worked, against the records themselves before acting on it.
Limits
Each business has a daily limit on questions, so the copilot stays fast and affordable for everyone.
