Bring your customers with you.

Export a file from the app or spreadsheet you use now and drop it in. Crewbird matches the columns, cleans up names and phone numbers, and shows you everything before it’s saved.

  3. Check and importSee every row first. Duplicates are flagged, nothing is saved until you say so.

A good switch, start to finish

  1. Start your business in Crewbird and pick your trade.
  2. Import customers and your price book from your old app’s export.
  3. Book the next two weeks of visits in Crewbird.
  4. Invite the crew. They clock in and see their day from the first morning.
  5. Send new quotes and invoices from Crewbird; let the old app run out.

Questions

Which apps can I move from?

Anything that exports a spreadsheet (CSV): Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Square, and plain Excel or Google Sheets files. Crewbird knows the column names those apps use.

What comes over?

Customers (names, phones, emails, addresses and notes) and your price book (services, products, prices and whether they’re taxed). Jobs and history are next.

What if my columns are odd?

Pick the right column from a list, or let Crewbird work out the match from the column names and a few sample rows.

Will it make duplicates?

Customers whose email or phone is already in Crewbird are flagged, and skipped unless you say otherwise.

Can someone do it for me?

Yes. Email your export to hello@thora.cloud and we’ll help you bring it over.

Can I leave later?

Yes. Owners can export everything as a file at any time. See the Terms.
