- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps and connectors, and add a custom connector (on plans that offer them; some need developer mode).
- Use https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/mcp as the server address, with OAuth sign-in.
- Sign in to Crewbird, pick your business and choose Allow.
Run your business from the assistant you already use.
Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Muse to Crewbird and ask it to book the visit, chase the invoice or tell you who’s on the clock. It works in your Crewbird as you, and asks before it changes anything.
Connect your assistant
The address for every assistant: https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/mcp
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/mcp and choose Connect.
- Sign in to Crewbird, pick your business and choose Allow.
- On grok.com, open Connectors, choose New connector, then Custom.
- Paste https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/mcp.
- Sign in to Crewbird, pick your business and choose Allow.
- Muse Code connects with the same address, https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/mcp, in its MCP server settings.
- The Muse app is opening up to outside connectors. Crewbird is ready for it, and the steps go here as soon as it works end to end.
Any other assistant or agent that speaks MCP connects the same way.
What it can do
- Look things up: today’s schedule, a customer’s history, what’s overdue, who’s on the clock, open tasks.
- Do the work: add customers, make jobs, book visits, add tasks, draft quotes and invoices, send invoices, record payments.
- Ask first: every change is marked as a change, so your assistant checks with you before it runs.
What it can’t
- Delete anything, void invoices or issue refunds.
- Change billing, settings or who’s on your team.
- See or do more than you could yourself: it works as you, with your role.
Let your customers’ assistants book you
More people ask an assistant to find a lawn service or a plumber. With your booking page published, any assistant that speaks MCP can find you, read your services and starting prices, and send a request that lands in your inbox, ready to quote or book.
For developers: https://mcp.crewbirdpro.com/book, no sign-in.
Or just use Ask Crewbird
Built into the app for owners and office. Ask how the month went, or tell it “book Maria for a gutter clean Thursday at 9 with Jordan”. It sets it up and shows you a card; nothing happens until you tap Confirm.

Questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol: an open standard that lets an AI assistant use another app’s tools. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and others support it, so one Crewbird connection works with all of them.
Is it safe?
Your assistant signs in as you and gets your permissions in one business, no more. Changes need your OK in the assistant. You can disconnect it any time in Settings → My account, and it stops at once. See how we keep things safe.
Does it cost extra?
No. Connecting your own assistant is on every plan, and it doesn’t use Ask Crewbird’s daily questions. Your assistant’s own plan is between you and its maker.
Can my crew connect one?
Yes, with their own sign-in. They’ll only reach what they can see in Crewbird: their own visits, tasks and hours.
How do customers’ assistants find me?
Publish your booking page. Assistants that support MCP can then find your business, read your services and send a request, which lands in Requests marked as from an AI assistant. They can’t see anything your public page doesn’t show.
Your assistant. Your business. One connection.
14 days free. No contract. Your crew is set up in an afternoon.
