How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us where you work and how you’ll find businesses. We read every application, usually within a few days.

  2. Share your link

Once you’re approved you get your own link. A business that starts Crewbird within 60 days of opening it is yours.

  3. Get paid

When that business has paid for 2 months, we release your payout. The free trial doesn’t count as a month.

Questions

Am I working for Crewbird?

No. Partners are independent sellers, not employees or agents of Crewbird. You choose when, where and how you work, with no quota and no minimum. You’re paid for results: the businesses you bring that stay.

When and how am I paid?

Once a business you brought has paid for 2 months, your payout for it is ready and we release it. We agree how you’re paid (usually bank transfer) when you’re approved. Your partner page shows where each business stands.

Which plan counts?

The plan the business is on when your payout is earned: $75 for Starter, $150 for Crew, $300 for Company. One payout per business.

What counts as my business?

A business new to Crewbird that starts within 60 days of opening your link, on the same browser. If they opened more than one partner’s link, the last one counts. Your own business doesn’t.

What if they cancel?

If a business leaves before its second paid month, there’s no payout for it. Once a payout is paid, it’s yours.

Crewbird is free right now. Do I earn anything?

Crewbird is free during early access. Businesses you bring now are still yours: their paid months count from when their paid plan starts.

Taxes?

You’re responsible for your own. If we pay you $600 or more in a year, we’ll ask for a W-9 and send a 1099-NEC.

What are the rules?

Be honest about what Crewbird does and costs (pricing). Don’t say you work for Crewbird, don’t spam, and don’t buy ads on the Crewbird name. We can pause a partner who breaks these, and payouts from rule-breaking don’t count.
