Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective

Our aim

We want Crewbird to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site, the app, Crewbird Pass and the pages customers open from emails.

What we do

  • Build with real buttons, links, labels and headings, so keyboards and screen readers can find their way.
  • Keep text and controls readable at high zoom and on small screens, with enough contrast.
  • Show state with words and shape, not color alone.
  • Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Try new screens with the keyboard alone before they ship.

Known gaps

Some drag-and-drop boards, like the schedule and the jobs board, are easiest with a mouse or touch; the same changes can be made from each item’s own screen. The bot check on sign-in and public forms comes from Cloudflare and follows its accessibility.

Tell us

If something in Crewbird is hard to use, write to hello@thora.cloud with the page and what happened. We’ll answer within five business days and help you get done what you came to do.
