Partner Program Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective
The program
Crewbird Partners introduce service businesses to Crewbird Pro. These terms are between you and Thora Cloud LLC. You apply on the partners page or from your Pass; we read every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
You’re an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or representative of Crewbird. You choose when, where and how you work, pay your own costs, and have no quota or minimum. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture or exclusive arrangement.
Your link
Once approved, you get your own link. A business new to Crewbird that starts within 60 days of opening it, on the same browser, is credited to you. If it opened more than one partner’s link, the last one counts. Your own business, and businesses you or your family own or run, don’t count.
Payouts
When a business credited to you has paid for 2 months, your payout for it is earned: $75 for Starter, $150 for Crew, $300 for Company, by the plan it’s on then. The free trial and free early access don’t count as paid months. One payout per business. If the business leaves before then, there’s no payout.
We pay earned payouts in US dollars, usually by bank transfer, as agreed when you’re approved. Your partner page shows where each business stands. Once a payout is paid, it’s yours, unless it came from breaking these rules.
You’re responsible for your own taxes. If we pay you $600 or more in a year, we’ll ask for a W-9 and send a 1099-NEC; we can hold payouts until we have it.
Rules
- Be honest about what Crewbird does and costs (pricing); don’t promise features, results or discounts we don’t offer.
- Don’t say or suggest you work for Crewbird.
- Don’t spam: no bought lists, no unwanted texts or calls, and follow the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- Don’t bid on “Crewbird” or similar names in search ads, or register names or accounts that look like ours.
- Don’t pay or reward businesses to sign up, sign up businesses that aren’t real, or credit yourself.
- Use the Crewbird name and logo only as we provide them, only to promote Crewbird.
Pausing and ending
Either side can end your participation at any time. We may pause a partner who breaks these rules, and payouts that came from breaking them aren’t owed. When you leave, payouts already earned are still paid.
We may change payout amounts or rules with 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply to businesses credited after the change.
The rest
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the payouts earned and unpaid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes go to its courts. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep about you: your application, your link’s use and your payouts.
