Know who’s off before you plan the week.
Crew mark the hours they can’t work and ask for time off from My week. You approve or decline with a note, and Week shows who’s away, so nobody is planned over a day off by accident.
What it does
Can’t work
Once or every week, for up to 90 days, all day or set hours.
Time off requests
Ask for a day or more. It waits for an owner or the office.
Approve with a note
Time away lists what’s waiting and what each request lands on.
They hear back
Your decision and note show in My week, with an email unless they’ve turned it off.
Away on the grid
Can’t work is grey, time off navy, and a request still waiting is dashed.
Plan anyway, on purpose
Planning over time away asks first. Approving never moves shifts or visits.
How it goes
- Crew add Can’t work, or ask for Time off, in My week.
- It waits in Team → Week → Time away.
- Approve or decline, with a note if you like.
- Plan the week around it. Fill week skips those days.
Questions
Who sees the reason?
A private note is seen only by the person, owners and the office. Everyone else just sees that they’re away.
Can approved time off be cancelled?
Yes. When someone asks to cancel, you cancel it or keep it.
What about the owner’s own time off?
It’s approved as it’s saved.
