Turn on My calendar and your published shifts and visits show in the calendar app you already use. Add your own calendar’s link, and its busy times show on Week, so nobody is booked over the dentist.
What it does
Out to your calendar
Published shifts and your visits, with the customer’s name and town only.
In from your calendar
Busy times, refreshed through the day. Titles and details are never kept.
Busy, not off
Shows on Week as Busy (calendar), never as time off.
Yours alone
Each person turns it on for themselves. Nobody can do it for them.
One link, private
Make a new link any time; the old one stops at once.
How it goes
- Open Settings → My calendar.
- Copy the link into your calendar app.
- Paste your own calendar’s link to block busy times.

No. The office sees Busy (calendar) on Week, never what for.
