Your customer knows you’re coming. Without a call.

When the crew taps On my way, the customer gets an email with a private status link, and an approximate arrival window when we can estimate one. Arriving soon and Job done follow, with a note from the crew. Customers can also ask to move a visit from Crewbird Pass.

What it does

  • On the way

Sent when the crew taps On my way, with an approximate arrival window when we can estimate one.

  • A private status link

Your logo, the step they’re at and the window. No live location, address, price or other stops.

  • Arriving soon

One tap from the crew when they’re close.

  • Job done

With a short note written for the customer. Team notes stay private.

  • Your switches

On for every business. Turn each off in Money → Settings → Automatic messages. Every email has a Stop visit updates link.

  • Move a visit

Customers ask to move visits from Pass. You approve or pick another time.

How it goes

  1. The crew taps On my way. The customer gets the email and status link.
  2. Close by, they tap Arriving soon.
  3. They finish with a note for the customer, and Job done goes out.

Questions

Is the arrival time exact?

No. It’s an approximate window from a rough drive estimate, and the page says so. Without an estimate, there’s no window.

Can anyone see the status page?

Only people with the link, which is long and random. It shows no live location. You can turn it off or make a new one from the visit.

Does the customer need an account?

No. Moving a visit needs Crewbird Pass, which is free.

Can customers stop them?

Yes. Every email has a Stop visit updates link. It stops visit updates from your business only.

Every part. One price.

No contract. Your crew is set up in an afternoon.
